It was first incorporated on November 8,1978, with registered office at Km 16, Ikorodu road, Ojota, Lagos State. The factory and head offices are situated on a 4-Acre plot, with an access to Ikorodu road, Lagos.
The company engages in sale and services of Marine Outboard and Inboard Engines as well as the Manufacturing of a huge variety of Fiberglass items such as:
- Pleasure Speed boats, Inland Transport Boats and Passenger Boats.
- Glass-Reinforced Plastic (GRP) furniture for houses, gardens, counters , swimming pools.
- Kiosks, ATM’s and many more customized items.
We are recognized distributors of Mercury and Mercruiser Engines. Our engineers are constantly attending seminars and trainings all over the world to keep up with the ever increasing technological advancement of these engines.
Our manufacturing team has over 20 years experience in Marine Engineering. This is backed up by a team of Mechanical Engineers who are available at all items to service our clients.
As a sign of technical excellence, our Passenger Boat has an international stability certificate given by an independent body, permitting sailing in waters all over the world. Our Leisure Boats have been sold in Lebanon, Spain and all over Nigeria.
